User Commands totem-audio-preview(1)

NAME

totem-audio-preview - audio previewer for the GNOME desktop.

SYNOPSIS

totem-audio-preview [--mimetype] [gst-std-options] file

DESCRIPTION

totem-audio-preview is used internally by GNOME applications

such as nautilus(1) to provide a preview of audio files. It will play audio passed via standard input or the filename specified in the command line. OPTIONS The following options are supported:

-m, --mimetype List the supported mime-types.

gst-std-options Standard options available for use

with most GStreamer applications.

See gst-std-options(5um>) for more

information. OPERANDS The following operands are supported: file The input file. This can be in any audio format that totem(1) can play. FILES The following files are used by this application:

/usr/bin/totem-audio-preview Executable for totem-audio-

preview
