NAME
panel_move, move_panel - move a panels window on the virtual
screenSYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
move_panel() moves the curses window associated with panel
so that its upper left-hand corner is at starty, startx. See
usage note, below.RETURN VALUES
OK is returned if the routine completes successfully, other-
wise ERR is returned.ATTRIBUTES
