NAME
     mlib_SignalWhiteNoiseFree_F32 - white noise generation

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
     The mlib_SignalWhiteNoiseFree_F32()  function  releases  the
     memory allocated for the internal state's structure.

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:
