NAME
     mlib_ImageSConvKernelConvert - kernel conversion for  separ-
     able convolution

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lmlib [ library... ]
     #include 

     mlib_status mlib_ImageSConvKernelConvert(mlib_s32 *ihkernel,
          mlib_s32 *ivkernel, mlib_s32 *iscale, const mlib_d64 *fhkernel,
          const mlib_d64 *fvkernel, mlib_s32 m, mlib_s32 n, mlib_type type);


DESCRIPTION
     The  mlib_ImageSConvKernelConvert()  function   converts   a
     floating-point  separable  convolution  kernel to an integer
     kernel with its scaling factor, which is suitable to be used
     in separable convolution functions.

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:

     ihkernel    Pointer to integer horizontal kernel.


     ivkernel    Pointer to integer vertical kernel.


     iscale      Scaling factor of the integer  convolution  ker-
                 nel.


     fhkernel    Pointer to floating-point horizontal kernel.


     fvkernel    Pointer to floating-point vertical kernel.


     m           Width of the convolution kernel. m  must  be  an
                 odd number larger than 1.


     n           Height of the convolution kernel. n must  be  an
                 odd number larger than 1.


     type        The image type.


RETURN VALUES
     The function returns MLIB_SUCCESS if  successful.  Otherwise
     it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
