NAME
     libotr - Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging library

DESCRIPTION
     libotr is a Off-the-Record (OTR)  Messaging  library.   Off-
     the-Record  (OTR)  Messaging  allows  you  to  have  private
     conversations over instant messaging  by  providing  encryp-
     tion,   authentication,   deniability  and  perfect  forward
     secrecy.

FILES
     The following files are used:

     /usr/lib/libotr.so              Off-the-Record (OTR) Messag-
                                     ing library
