UID.DESCRIPTION
The XTSOLsetPropUID() function changes the ownership of a
window's property. This allows another client to modify a property of a window that it did not create. The client musthave the PRIV_WIN_DAC_WRITE and PRIV_WIN_MAC_WRITE
