     SDL_JoystickNumHats - Get the number of joystick hats

SYNOPSIS
     #include "SDL.h"

     int SDL_JoystickNumHats(SDL_Joystick *joystick);

DESCRIPTION
     Return the number of hats available from a previously opened
     SDL_Joystick.

RETURN VALUE
     Number of hats.
