NAME
     HBA_GetVersion - determine the version of the API  supported
     by the Common Library

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lHBAAPI [ library... ]
     #include 

     HBA_UINT32 HBA_GetVersion(void);


DESCRIPTION
     The HBA_GetVersion() function returns the version of the API
     that the Common Library supports.
