NAME
     FcInitLoadConfigAndFonts - load configuration and font data

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lfontconfig [ library... ]
     #include 

     FcConfig * FcInitLoadConfigAndFonts(void);

DESCRIPTION
     Loads the default configuration file and builds  information
     about  the available fonts. Returns the resulting configura-
     tion.

VERSION
     Fontconfig version 2.8.0
