NAME

zgrep - search possibly compressed files for a regular expression SYNOPSIS

zgrep [ grepoptions ] [ -e ] pattern filename... DESCRIPTION Zgrep invokes grep on compressed or gzipped files. All options speci‐ fied are passed directly to grep.
