DESCRIPTION
       qswait
              Function to record enqueue requests

               for details.

       qsrun Function  to  record being moved from wait queue to being
              serviced

              See function::qsrun(3stap)
               for details.

       qsdone
              Function to record finishing request

              See function::qsdone(3stap)
               for details.

       qsqstart
              Function to reset the stats for a queue

              See function::qsqstart(3stap)
               for details.

       qsqutilization
              Fraction of time that any request was being serviced

               for details.

       qsqblocked
              Returns the time reqest was on the wait queue

       qsqwaitqueuelength
              length of wait queue

       qsqservicetime
              Amount of time per request service

              Amount of time in queue + service per request

              Number of requests served per unit time
