DESCRIPTION
       ldnsupdatepktnew() create an update packet from zone name, class and
              the rr lists
              zonerdf: name of the zone
              clas: zone class
              prrrlist: list of Prerequisite Section RRs
              uprrlist: list of Updates Section RRs
              adrrlist:  list  of  Additional  Data  Section  RRs  (currently
              unused)
              Returns the new packet
