DESCRIPTION
       ldnscreatensec() Create a NSEC record
              curowner: the current owner which should be taken as the start‐
              ing point
              nextowner: the rrlist which the nsec rr should point to
              rrs: all rrs from the zone, to find all RR types of curowner in
              Returns a ldnsrr with the nsec record in it
