NAME
       function::stopstopwatch - Stop a stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
           stopstopwatch(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
           the stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Stop stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name if it does not currently
       exist.
