NAME
       function::sahandlerstr - Returns the string representation of an
       sahandler

SYNOPSIS
           sahandlerstr(handler:)

ARGUMENTS
       handler
           the sahandler to convert to string.

DESCRIPTION
       Returns the string representation of an sahandler. If it is not
       SIGDFL, SIGIGN or SIGERR, it will return the address of the handler.
