NAME
       function::readstopwatchus - Reads the time in microseconds for a
       stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
           readstopwatchus:long(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
           stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Returns time in microseconds for stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name
       if it does not currently exist.
