NAME
       function::readstopwatchns - Reads the time in nanoseconds for a
       stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
           readstopwatchns:long(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
           stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Returns time in nanoseconds for stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name
       if it does not currently exist.
