NAME
       function::nstid - Returns the thread ID of a target process as seen in
       a pid namespace

SYNOPSIS
           nstid:long()

ARGUMENTS
       None

DESCRIPTION
       This function returns the thread ID of a target process as seen in the
       target pid namespace if provided, or the stap process namespace.
