NAME
       function::issigblocked - Returns 1 if the signal is currently
       blocked, or 0 if it is not

SYNOPSIS
           issigblocked:long(task:long,sig:long)

ARGUMENTS
       task
           address of the taskstruct to query.

       sig
           the signal number to test.
