NAME
       function::ipmibremoteaddr - Get the remote ip address

SYNOPSIS
           ipmibremoteaddr:long(skb:long,SourceIsLocal:long)

ARGUMENTS
       skb
           pointer to a struct skbuff

       SourceIsLocal
           flag to indicate whether local operation

DESCRIPTION
       Returns the remote ip address from skb.
