       function::ipmiblocaladdr - Get the local ip address

SYNOPSIS
           ipmiblocaladdr:long(skb:long,SourceIsLocal:long)

ARGUMENTS
       skb
           pointer to a struct skbuff

       SourceIsLocal
           flag to indicate whether local operation

DESCRIPTION
       Returns the local ip address skb.
