NAME
       function::cmdlinestr - Fetch all command line arguments from current
       process

SYNOPSIS
           cmdlinestr:string()

ARGUMENTS
       None

DESCRIPTION
       Returns all arguments from the current process delimited by spaces.
       Returns the empty string when the arguments cannot be retrieved.
