DESCRIPTION
     The wwccssttoollll(), wwccssttoouullll(), wwccssttoollllll(), wwccssttoouullllll(), wwccssttooiimmaaxxll() and
     wwccssttoouummaaxxll() functions are extended locale versions of the wwccssttooll(),
     wwccssttoouull(), wwccssttoollll(), wwccssttoouullll(), wwccssttooiimmaaxx() and wwccssttoouummaaxx() functions,
