This command is used to test the performance of cryptographic algorithms. OOPPTTIIOONNSS-eennggiinnee iidd
specifying an engine (by it's unique iidd string) will cause ssppeeeedd to attempt to obtain a functional reference to the specified engine, thus initialising it if needed. The engine will then be set as the default for all available algorithms. [[zzeerroo oorr mmoorree tteesstt aallggoorriitthhmmss]] If any options are given, ssppeeeedd tests those algorithms, otherwise all of the above are tested.0.9.7l 2002-11-14 SPEED(1)
