DESCRIPTION

The ffppuuttwwcc() function writes the wide character wc to the output stream pointed to by stream. The ppuuttwwcc() function acts essentially identically to ffppuuttwwcc(). The ppuuttwwcchhaarr() function is identical to ppuuttwwcc() with an output stream of stdout. Extended locale versions of these functions are documented in putwcl(3). See xlocale(3) for more information.

RETURN VALUES

The ffppuuttwwcc(), ppuuttwwcc(), and ppuuttwwcchhaarr() functions return the wide character written. If an error occurs, the value WEOF is returned.
