NAME
     mmccxxaallrr - Managed Client application launch restriction tool and agent

DESCRIPTION
     mmccxxaallrr

     Used internally to manage and implement application launch restrictions
     for Managed Clients (MCX). Also used by Workgroup Manager to sign appli-
     cations as root to insure all permissions and modes are preserved.
