     llddiivv - return quotient and remainder from division

     ldivt
     llddiivv(long num, long denom);

DESCRIPTION
     The llddiivv() function computes the value num/denom and returns the quotient
     and remainder in a structure named ldivt that contains two long members
     named quot and rem.
