DESCRIPTION
     The ffggeettwwccll(), ggeettwwccll(), and ggeettwwcchhaarrll() functions are extended locale
     versions of the ffggeettwwcc(), ggeettwwcc(), and ggeettwwcchhaarr() functions, respec-
