DESCRIPTION
     The ffppuuttwwccll(), ppuuttwwccll(), and ppuuttwwcchhaarrll() functions are extended locale
     versions of the ffppuuttwwcc(), ppuuttwwcc(), and ppuuttwwcchhaarr() functions, respec-
     tively.  Refer to their manual pages for details.  Also, see xlocale(3)
