     ccbbrrtt - cube root function

DESCRIPTION
     The ccbbrrtt() function computes the cube root of x.

SSPPEECCIIAALL VVAALLUUEESS
     ccbbrrtt(+-0) returns +-0.

     ccbbrrtt(+-infinity) returns +-infinity.
