NAME
     FcToLower - convert upper case ASCII to lower case

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lfontconfig [ library... ]
     #include 

     FcChar8 FcToLower(FcChar8c);

DESCRIPTION
     This macro converts upper case ASCII  c  to  the  equivalent
     lower case letter.
